Closter
Our New Jersey Chapter partnered with the Hudson River Fisherman Association for the Pledge Per Pound Cleanup at Gate 5 (17 West St, Closter, NJ). Our volunteers dedicated their time to removing debris and litter from the area, working together to protect the local environment and support the health of the Hudson River watershed. It was a meaningful day of hands-on service and community environmental stewardship.

Feed My Starving Children
Bridging the gap between local efforts and global needs, our Illinois Chapter gathered in Schaumburg, IL to support Feed My Starving Children. Rather than just raising awareness, students directly hand-packed life-saving MannaPack pouches, securing vital daily nutrition—rice, soy, dried vegetables, and vitamins—for children in crisis. By preparing these boxes for overseas delivery, the chapter transformed their compassion into real meals for children in need.

Rise Against Hunger
Our Virginia chapter volunteered with Rise Against Hunger, working together to package over 20,000 nutritious meals for communities facing food insecurity. Through this hands-on service effort, volunteers measured, sealed, and prepared meal kits that will provide essential nourishment to individuals and families in need. The experience strengthened our members’ understanding of global hunger and reinforced our commitment to meaningful community service.

Haworth
The New Jersey Chapter joined the International Coastal Cleanup at the Oradell Reservoir (200 Lake Shore Dr, Haworth, NJ), making a real impact through hands-on service. LAH students worked together to remove bags of trash and debris, helping protect local wildlife and keep our drinking water clean. Their teamwork and energy showed how young people can lead by example in caring for the environment and serving the community.
